Go to NewEarth's home page at http://www.newearth.org/and click on the
Live Chat link there. Or use this copy:

In this dialog box, you tell Netscape what application to call to handle
this new file type.
Hit "Pick App". |

The "Configure External Viewer" window appears.
Hit "Browse". |

| The "Select an Appropriate Viewer" window appears. Use the drop-down menu to navigate to the folder where you installed mIRC. The default location is C:\MIRC. | ![]() |

Select "MLINK.EXE".
Hit "Open". |

| If the "Configure External Viewer" window looks like this, hit "OK". | ![]() |

Now you need to tell MIRCLINK.EXE where to find the mIRC program, and its
configuration file.
Hit the first "Browse" button. |

| Click on "MIRC32.EXE" and then click "OK". | ![]() |

| Click the second "Browse" button in the mIRCLink32 window. This time, select MIRC.INI and click "OK". | ![]() |

| If the mIRCLink32 window looks like this, click "OK".
Now Netscape will call the mIRC program whenever you click on a chat room link. |
